The priority elements of that strategy are:

  • Continuous increase in the share of the Company at the international market of oil and gas services;
  • Strengthening Company’s positions in those countries where business structures of the Company are already in operation;
  • Entering new markets through creation and expansion of Company business bridgeheads in those countries and regions where the above business structures have not yet been established;
  • Identification by the Company of its strategic partner and stimulation of mutually beneficial cooperation with that partner for the purpose of more dynamic and efficient promotion of corporate interests;
  • All-round strengthening of the Company’s resources potential with a special emphasis on early mastering the latest achievements in the fields of equipment, technologies and management;
  • Diversification of the services provided by the Company to the oil and gas industry;
  • Joining, in mid-term, the group of transnational service companies in the world oil and gas industry that are leaders in turnover and other key technical and economic indicators.
