Appropriate industrial and labor safety measures, strict compliance with related regulations, legislation, norms and standards of the countries where “ERIELL” company is implementing its projects are among the most important priorities in the activities of the Company. All operations within the framework of those activities are planned beforehand, detailed in the form of organizational and technical measures and are funded on a priority basis.
In those operations the main emphasis is made on training personnel in different areas of labor safety, in skills of technological equipment safe operation and first aid. All employees are issued personal protection equipment.
To accomplish the planned tasks, in the regions of their operations “ERIELL” company units established permanent committees that are responsible for monitoring compliance with labor protection and safety requirements as well as for personnel testing and certification. That sphere of activities is supervised by a specialized Service appointed by corporate Orders. Personnel training in labor protection and safety rules is carried out by experienced instructors in specially equipped classrooms.
Since labor safety greatly depends on adequate recreation, “ERIELL” company is paying significant attention to social and living conditions at project sites. In accordance with corporate norms, on-site accommodation and recreation of personnel are organized in a comfortable camp that has living quarters for personnel, accommodation for representatives from customers, supervising and other agencies, offices, dispatch service, medical facility, canteen and other structures that support living and working activities. Medical personnel based directly in the area of operations are continuously monitoring sanitary and hygiene conditions at sites and carry out periodical medical inspections of personnel.
