ERIELL Group awarded the participants of the first edition of the training for managers. The recently launched training cycle is aimed at improving the qualification of the company's executive and top management. The first training session was attended by the heads of departments and subdivisions of the Group of companies, who showed interest in effective work with personnel, their search and building communications for successful interaction with the team.



The Executive Schools program consists of 10 modules, each of which reveals the tools of performance management and team management. All managers who completed the training received basic management practices, which are ultimately aimed at creating a unified information space and approaches to understanding management functions. In addition to developing managerial knowledge and skills, eliminating ineffective management practices, attention was paid to identifying promising employees to form a talent pool.





“I am very glad that ERIELL Group Management pays attention to the intellectual development of personnel, I learned a lot of interesting things. The idea to involve representatives of several companies in the training process is also, in my opinion, an excellent solution, as good communication within the Group of companies increases the team spirit of the staff and improves the quality of work.
