On 5 April 2024, drilling team No. 66 of EGB No. 3 under the leadership of drilling foreman Doston Isroilovich Kamolov managed to break the record for daily penetration. While drilling a section with a diameter of 311.2 mm, the team covered 515 metres. This result became the best in the history of using ZJ-40 drilling rig in Uzbekistan.

Thanks to the coordinated work of all specialists of the team, the average mechanical speed reached more than 50 metres per hour, in some places it was raised to 200 metres per hour.

Despite this impressive result, the team does not intend to rest on its laurels. It plans to set a new record of 1,000 metres of drilling per day.
