As part of the implementation of the "Program of measures to increase hydrocarbon production in 2017-2021", ERIELL Group, together with the structural subdivisions of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, obtained a commercial gas inflow at well No. 96 of the "Sharkiy Berdakh" field in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The well capacity at the 22-mm choke was 1 mln 36 thous. m3/day.

The Sharkiy Berdakh field is located in the Aral Sea. High-temperature material and technical resources were used to drill the well, allowing drilling in these conditions.

Well No. 96 was the first appraisal-development well in the Sharkiy Berdakh field that was successfully drilled to a depth of 4,300 meters. Thus, a new Lower Jurassic horizon was discovered in the field. The well was drilled in accordance with the design and estimate documentation prepared by O'ZLITINEFTGAZ JSC.

ERIELL Group is currently carrying out preparatory works on well No.96.
