Training Course "Development of Personal Qualities of Employees" at ERIELL Prof Education:

Upon the initiative of the Group of Companies' management, a professional development course titled "Development of Personal Qualities of Employees" took place at ERIELL prof education from May 22 to May 31, 2023. The course saw the participation of 15 employees from the ERIELL NNB service, representing various regions of Uzbekistan.

To fulfil the strategic objectives of the ERIELL Group, it is essential to focus not only on employees' professional skills but also on fostering teamwork, effective communication, emotional management, and the ability to overcome stressful situations. Furthermore, developing systematic, analytical, creative, and critical thinking among employees holds significant importance.

The course spanned 48 hours and encompassed various topics, such as the psychology of business communication, self-management techniques, methods to enhance stress resistance among managers, forms of nurturing analytical, creative, and critical thinking, personnel management through goal setting and key performance indicators (KPIs), and the different stages of the KPI system at the company level. Additionally, the course delved into advanced digital technologies and their applications in the oil and gas sector and other industries.
