As part of the Programme of Measures to Enhance Hydrocarbon Production in 2017-2021 with respect to Uzbekneftegaz JSC fields development 29 wells were commissioned, the improvement of 5 wells was completed and 24 were connected to pipeline electrochemical protection.

In the second quarter of 2021 23 wells were commissioned, 3 gas collector pipelines are ready for operation, the improvement of 4 wells was completed and 32 wells were connected to pipeline electrochemical protection.

Thus, in the first half of the year 52 gas pipelines were commissioned, 3 gas collector pipelines are ready for operation, the improvement of 9 wells was completed and 56 wells were connected to pipeline electrochemical protection.

According to the key indicators of the project, out of 185 wells planned for drilling and construction 116 were drilled and 110 were constructed. It remains to drill 69 wells and construct 75 wells to complete the project. 51 wells were drilled and 49 were constructed during the first half of 2021.

List of fields with the best resulting increase in natural gas for the first half of the year:

  • Kuyi Surgil No. 14 - 717 thousand m3/day

  • Savatli No. 11 - 241 thousand m3/day

  • Urtabulak No. 234 - 130 thousand m3/day

  • Dayakhatyn No. 87 - 115 thousand m3/day

  • Andakli No. 13 - 357 thousand m3/day

  • Shimoly Berdakh No. 98 - 271 thousand m3/day

  • Sharky Berdakh No. 50 НН - 200.29 thousand m3/day

  • Kulbeshkak No. 52 - 177.17 thousand m3/day

  • Shimoly Berdakh No. 99 - 182 thousand m3/day

Another agreement with Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JV LLC was signed in April 2021. However, the work was started before the agreements was signed on the basis of a letter of guarantee. Thus, in the first half of the year, major repairs of 25 wells were completed. This is exactly half of the wells specified in the agreements for the entire current year. Also, as part of this project, the core samples taken during the drilling process were sent to the laboratory of the Russian Federation for research to select the acid for the purposes of further intensification of inflow in the well using hydrochloric acid treatment method. During this period, the necessary equipment was prepared for radial drilling testing, which is a new technology for Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the agreement with Natural Gas-Stream, JV LLC, major repairs of 8 wells were made, 4 wells were developed after drilling. Also, a second well hole (sidetracking) was made in one well as part of the agreement. After the development of the field, a good gas inflow was obtained.

Hydrodynamic and gas condensate studies at well No. 2 Urga (sidetracking) gave the following indicators: flow rate of 202.215 m3/day at 14 mm fitting.

Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the Mustakillikning 25 Yilligi project team, significant indicators in the field of well construction were achieved in the first half of 2021.

A common goal, interests, cohesion and collective responsibility have helped in achieving high results in drilling and developing wells in one of the most complicated fields not only in Uzbekistan, but also in the world.

In the first half of 2021, a record of mechanical speed was set in Uzbekistan when drilling with a 444.5 mm bit, the daily drilling footage was 362 m. This achievement was highly appreciated by the customer.

In the first half of the year, it was planned to drill 10,542 rm. As of today, this plan has been overfulfilled: 11,360 rm have been actually drilled, which amounts to 107% of the planned drilling footage.

The well drilling delivery plan was 100% fulfilled. Additional test work is being performed on one of them.

The M-25 project team does not plan to stop at the achieved results. In the second half of the year, it is planned to increase the number of metres drilled and well delivery by implementing promising innovative ideas and applying international experience in drilling complex gas wells.

In addition to its main activity, ERIELL Group is actively involved in charitable activities and social life. The company’s employees regularly hold various charity events, celebrate dates that are significant for the country and the world.

With the support of the Tashkent khokimiyat, ERIELL Group planted 200 trees on the territory of Victory Park alley in Olmazar district as part of the charity environmental campaign dedicated to Nowruz.
